About Me
Cultivate Mercy came as a label for my life mission. My path in spirituality has lead me to witness mercy and love as essential to the fabric of our lives. Also, as ironic as it might sound, it is what most of us are missing out on. Our conversations both inwardly and outwardly, can be used as keys to unlocking our hidden treasure or used as dirt to bury our hidden treasure even deeper away from our awareness. I'll be teaching classes, creating short videos, holding retreats, using music and poetry, sharing spiritual practices, hosting book reading groups and more as a means to help cultivate mercy in our hearts. I look forward to sharing the journey with you.
